Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride is a kind of cationic surfactant, belongs to the oxidized disinfectants. It has broad spectrum, efficient sterilization ability, and effectively control water algae breeding and slime bacteria growth, and has a good effect of slime stripping and dispersion, osmosis. It also has certain ability to remove oil and deodorization erosion inhibition.
Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride has small toxicity and no accumulating toxicity. It is soluble in water and isn’t affected by water hardness, so it is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, and textile industries for circulating cooling water system in order to control the bacteria growth in the circulation cooling water system and it has special effects to kill sulfate-reducing bacteria.
Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride can be worked as bactericidal anti-virus agents, softeners, antistatic agents, emulsifiers, conditioners in textile and dyeing industry. |

| Usage: |
Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride will generally be dosed 50-100mg/L for algae fungicidal and 200-300mg/L for slime stripping agent, necessarily required silicone antifoaming agents. 1227 can be used with other disinfectants, such as isothiazolone, glutaraldehyde, dithionitrile methane, but can’t be used with chlorophenols. After adding 1127, the dirt in the recycled water because of peeling should be promptly filtered or removed, lest it deposited after the foam disappears.
Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride shouldn’t be mixed with anionic surfactants such as polypropylene etc. |
